Senior Collection Officer

About the role

We are looking for a competent and driven Senior Collection Officer to join our thriving Middle East Property Management team at Savills Egypt. Based in Arkan – Sheikh Zayed, the role involves contacting clients, collecting outstanding payments, maintaining trustful relationships and ensuring timely payments. Flexibility and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and outstanding debts.
• Contact debtors, arrange payoffs and follow up on uncollected amounts.
• Send invoices and statements of account to tenants monthly.
• Investigate historical data for each debt and coordinate with internal and external parties to resolve issues.
• Handle bounced cheques, billing and credit problems and prepare monthly aging debt reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of experience in credit control or collections, preferably in real‑estate/property management.
• Strong command of English and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and other Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Yardi.
