Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join Nawy Real Estate. The role will drive the success of our real‑estate platform by defining and executing product strategy and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for the real‑estate platform, aligning it with business goals.
• Identify product enhancements, prioritize features, and ensure a seamless user experience across the platform.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Possess 4‑6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering mission‑critical software.
• Have a background in engineering, technology, or UX (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in customer development, product definition, and feature scoping for business software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize multiple issues.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Proven collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Willing to learn new product management skills and techniques while working in agile teams.
