Senior Compression Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Compression Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role involves operating and maintaining tablet compression equipment while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, change‑over and set‑up of compression and blending machines according to validated parameters.
• Document all compression and blending activities in logbooks and batch records in line with GMP requirements.
• Operate across multiple processing areas including dispensing, granulation, blending, compression and coating.
• Manage material flow by receiving, returning and transferring materials and finished goods, completing the necessary SAP transactions.
• Support room cleaning and overall site hygiene.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in compression operations.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work in all processing areas and follow validated procedures.
• Experience with material handling and warehouse interactions.
