Senior Electrical Engineer - RDD

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, inspection and fit‑out of retail units within our mall projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with technical manuals, coordinating with tenants, consultants and contractors, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety and material compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement technical office policies, tenant manuals and fit‑out design guidelines.
• Inspect retail units, hand over electrical tie‑ins and verify tenant designs against guidelines.
• Ensure material compliance with approved vendor lists for all mechanical and electrical components.
• Respond to tenant inspection requests throughout fit‑out phases (first fix, installations, testing, balance).
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and client representatives.
• Plan and organise site fit‑out progress to meet contractual deadlines.
• Oversee quality control, health and safety matters and prepare required reports.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties that arise on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in the retail/mall sector.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
