Senior Fleet Coordinator (Box Operations)

About the role

The Senior Fleet Coordinator – Box will oversee daily box‑fleet operations, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth coordination between field offices, drivers and internal teams. You will act as the primary point of contact for operational requests, attendance tracking and performance follow‑ups, contributing to overall fleet efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate day‑to‑day box‑fleet activities to guarantee smooth deliveries.
• Assist users with fleet‑related documentation and operational processes.
• Follow up with field offices and in‑house drivers to resolve attendance, performance or operational issues.
• Handle driver‑wallet queries and small‑scale billing matters, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to implement fleet policies and drive operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate records for fleet operations, driver attendance, issue tracking and billing support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet operations or coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of fleet management processes and driver operations.
• Experience with field coordination and attendance tracking.
