Senior Formation & Compliance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Formation & Compliance Specialist to lead company setup, licensing and regulatory activities for our clients across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role will be based in Nasr City, Cairo and will support a fast‑growing regional partner that provides end‑to‑end corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate operations related to new company formations, license renewals, conversions, and regulatory approvals.
• Maintain accurate company information in internal software systems.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external customers on project requirements and status.
• Drive improvements in performance, productivity and profitability of client service delivery.
• Handle pre‑sales and post‑sales interactions with customers and sales representatives.
• Develop and manage relationships with external suppliers, embassies, consulates and relevant government departments.
• Provide effective solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in company formation, corporate compliance or a paralegal role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory processes and licensing requirements in the GCC.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
