Senior Instock Manager – Amazon NOW

About the role

Join the Amazon NOW team in the MENA region to build a new grocery business from the ground up. As a Senior Instock Manager you will own supply planning, vendor relationships, and inventory management while driving process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue process‑improvement opportunities in supply planning, vendor operations, and inventory management.
• Scale best practices globally and support the deployment of new tools and processes.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies that balance availability, cost, and quality for owned vendors.
• Participate in manufacturer and vendor reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead operational‑excellence initiatives that reduce costs, defects, and lead times while increasing automation and economies of scale.
• Collaborate with operations, product, and central teams to enable tools for fresh buying and planning.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, finance, engineering, computer science).
• Proven experience leading process‑improvement, systems development, and project‑management initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of statistical or analytical techniques.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to present results to senior leadership.
