About the role
Export Operations staff is responsible for managing and developing the operational export business. The role involves maintaining and maximising the company’s sales contribution from existing accounts while seeking new business opportunities and promoting excellent customer relations.
Required profile
- 02‑03 years of experience in freight forwarding and export operations.
- Strong knowledge of ocean freight market rates and shipping lines.
- Ability to provide quotations and pricing support to the sales team.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good command of English.
