Senior Learning & Development Trainer

About the role

EDU Gate Study Abroad is seeking a senior Learning & Development professional to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building instructional materials that meet the organization’s strategic learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for internal teams.
• Develop instructional materials and learning initiatives tailored to organizational needs.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify learning gaps and propose solutions.
• Evaluate and refine training programs to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in training & development and learning management.
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
• Experience coaching and mentoring individuals.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Background in the education or study‑abroad consulting industry is a strong advantage.
