Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with deep expertise in Flutter to design, build, and maintain high-quality applications for Android and iOS. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross‑platform mobile apps using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define feature requirements and ensure smooth integration.
• Lead technical planning and execution of new features, focusing on scalability, performance and security.
• Review, refactor and optimise existing codebases for efficiency and maintainability.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services with robust, secure data exchange.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional mobile application development experience.
• Proven track record of delivering production‑ready Flutter apps for both Android and iOS.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as BLoC, Provider or Redux.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries.
• Solid grasp of object‑oriented programming and design principles.
• Familiarity with Git version control.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
