Senior Project Engineer – Finishing & Fit‑Out

About the role

Fawry Plus is looking for a Senior Project Engineer specialized in finishing, fit‑out and refurbishment to oversee the execution of interior works across its branches and facilities in Smart Village, Giza. The role ensures that all architectural and interior works meet the company’s brand standards, quality requirements and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise architectural, interior finishing, fit‑out, renovation and refurbishment activities for multiple Fawry Plus locations.
• Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQs and layouts before and during execution.
• Develop work plans, schedules, manpower forecasts and site execution strategies.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, procurement, planning, operations and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, HSE standards and agreed timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, progress and material compliance.
• Identify technical or site‑related issues and propose corrective actions to minimise delays.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and samples related to finishing works.
• Ensure consistency of finishes with Fawry Plus brand identity across all branches.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting achievements, risks and required actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or similar role in construction, interior finishing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications and BOQ management.
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external contractors.
• Understanding of HSE requirements and quality control procedures.
