Senior Property Consultant

About the role

Forsa Property is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join its Cairo office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, providing market insights, and advising clients on options that fit their needs and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, qualify clients, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Conduct property viewings and present market analyses.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of listings and prepare proposals and sales documents.
• Record all activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and promotion teams.
• Stay informed on market trends, regulations and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory skills with a client‑centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven sales track record, including lead generation, pipeline management and target achievement.
• Solid understanding of the Cairo real‑estate market and current regulations.
• Previous experience as a senior property consultant, real‑estate agent or similar role.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
