About the role
Lotus Tex is seeking a Senior R&D Engineer to lead research and development activities in the textile sector. The role focuses on creating new materials and improving product performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research, testing, trials, and technical evaluations for new materials and products.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Merchandising, and Technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience in R&D within the textile or manufacturing industry.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of quality standards and textile testing methods.
- Ability to conduct research, testing, trials, and technical evaluations for new materials and products.
