Senior Sales Engineer – Oil & Gas

About the role

KMT for Industrial Services is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to drive growth in the oil & gas sector. You will represent Rockwell Automation solutions, helping industrial clients modernise their processes with cutting‑edge automation technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil & gas industry.
• Promote and sell Rockwell Automation products and integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing both technical and commercial support.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to deliver customised automation solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in oil & gas, industrial automation, or related fields.
• Strong technical understanding of automation solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in English.
