Senior SEO Specialist – Emerging Markets

About the role

As a Senior SEO Specialist for Emerging Markets at adidas, you will drive organic search growth across multiple eCommerce sites. You will partner with regional, global and local teams to uncover SEO opportunities, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and support scalable initiatives that boost visibility, traffic and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and revenue in adidas Emerging Markets.
• Identify growth opportunities on product listing pages through keyword research, search intent analysis and competitor reviews.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexation, rendering, canonicalization, internal linking, structured data, site speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Monitor performance across markets and categories, providing clear insights on drivers of growth or decline.
• Collaborate with product, platform and development teams to resolve technical issues and improve site health.
• Scale SEO content optimisation across multiple languages and markets, working with internal teams and external agencies.
• Lead digital PR and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to strengthen visibility on AI‑driven search platforms.
• Measure and report the impact of SEO activities, running split tests and causal impact analyses.

Required profile

• Strong mix of technical SEO knowledge and eCommerce understanding.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from Google Search Console, log files and site performance reports.
• Excellent communication skills to convey SEO impact to both digital and non‑digital stakeholders.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑market environment.
