Senior Siebel Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Siebel Developer to lead the design, development and delivery of Siebel CRM solutions. The role works closely with business stakeholders, architects and cross‑functional teams to build scalable, high‑performance applications that enhance customer success and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development lifecycle for Siebel CRM projects, from analysis and design to configuration, scripting, testing and deployment.
• Architect and implement Siebel configurations, workflows, business components, applets, scripts, business services and integration points.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Siebel solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems (ERP, middleware, data services) using EAI, ECI, Open UI, REST/SOAP web services and adapters.
• Drive performance tuning, data quality and security best practices across Siebel environments.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers and offshore teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, devise debugging strategies and implement sustainable fixes.
• Prepare and maintain design specifications, runbooks and deployment guides.
• Participate in release management and change‑control processes to ensure smooth deployments.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in Siebel CRM development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency with Siebel Tools, Siebel eBusiness Applications, Siebel Open UI and Siebel scripting.
• Experience integrating Siebel with external systems using EAI, adapters, REST/SOAP services and middleware.
• Proven ability to design complex Siebel configurations (business components, applets, workflows).
• Familiarity with data modeling, data migration and data quality practices.
• Solid understanding of software development life‑cycle, release management and version control.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
