Senior Solution Advisor – Supply Chain Management

About the role

The Senior Solution Advisor – Supply Chain Management will act as a customer‑facing expert, translating SAP’s product capabilities into tailored solutions for prospects in the digital sales environment. Based in Cairo, you will support the SAP Digital team in driving new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts through compelling presentations and roadmap development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑impact sales presentations on SAP and partner solutions for senior executives.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges and map them to SAP Cloud and SCM offerings.
• Maintain and enrich a sophisticated asset library to enable low‑touch sales transactions.
• Collaborate with Value‑Added Teams (VAT) to align solutions with customer perspectives.
• Create detailed customer roadmaps that guide migration from legacy IT landscapes to SAP Cloud platforms.
• Share best‑practice customer success stories and contribute to request‑for‑proposal (RFP) processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution advisory or pre‑sales roles within enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Track record of building long‑term client relationships and delivering consultative value.

Required skills

• SAP solution knowledge, including Cloud and SCM modules.
