Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

MNT-Halan, Egypt's first unicorn, is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team immediately. You will play a strategic role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top‑tier talent for specialized and hard‑to‑fill positions, supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and long‑term workforce planning.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized roles through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Utilize advanced interview techniques and evaluation methods to ensure high‑quality hiring decisions.
• Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment analytics for efficiency and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong market insight and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
