Senior Technical Office – Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Office professional specialized in architecture to join our on‑site team in Heliopolis. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of large‑scale construction projects through strong technical coordination and design oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design development and 3D modeling for assigned projects.
• Coordinate daily with engineering teams, contractors, and consultants.
• Review and validate project drawings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction execution.
• Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and guarantee timely, quality delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Familiarity with Egyptian building codes and regulations.
• Proven experience leading teams and handling large‑scale projects (advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
