About the role

iSchool is seeking a Senior Web Development Content Developer to lead the design and delivery of full‑stack web development curricula. In this leadership position you will create interactive lessons, hands‑on projects, and assessment frameworks that align with industry standards and modern educational practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee comprehensive frontend and backend learning paths.
• Develop interactive lessons, structured learning modules, and real‑world project assignments.
• Create assessments and evaluation frameworks to measure student progress.
• Mentor junior content developers and guide curriculum improvements.
• Continuously refine content based on student feedback and performance data.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality, engaging educational material.

Required profile

• Strong experience building real‑world full‑stack web applications.
• Background in curriculum design, teaching, or mentoring technical topics.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
• Leadership mindset with experience managing or guiding teams.
• Passion for education and measurable student impact.
