SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic SEO Manager to lead the improvement of our organic search performance. In this role you will develop and execute SEO strategies, optimise website content, and analyse performance metrics to boost search engine rankings and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and on‑page optimisation (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking).
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with content, marketing and web development teams to align SEO initiatives.
• Track rankings, traffic and conversions, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with development teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
