About the role

The ONE SAIL (Shipping Apprenticeship & International Learning) program is a two‑year, full‑time apprenticeship that combines classroom learning with hands‑on rotations across core shipping functions. Designed for recent graduates, the role offers a 360‑degree view of container‑industry operations while building an international mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service – manage client journeys and ensure seamless communication.
• Finance – support economic analysis, budgeting and fiscal management of global shipping.
• Operations – assist with vessel movement planning, cargo handling and logistics coordination.
• Sales – contribute to market development, partnership building and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor‑level education.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Flexibility, engagement and a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for shipping, international trade and geography.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (verbal and written).
