About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Activities Sales Officer to drive new business and manage client relationships for our team‑building programmes, school camps and group events. You will act as the main point of contact from prospecting through to event delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for schools, universities, corporates and other organisations.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across educational institutions and corporate clients.
  • Promote a portfolio of social activities, including team‑building, camps and group events.
  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline with clear targets and conversion plans.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits, and prepare tailored proposals, quotations and commercial packages.
  • Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales and program lifecycle, ensuring consistent follow‑up before, during and after events.
  • Liaise with internal teams to translate client requirements into operational briefs and support successful delivery.
  • Gather post‑event feedback, provide insights for improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance programmes.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for management.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in events, camps, hospitality or service industries.
  • Proven ability to meet targets, close deals and build long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

  • Experience using a CRM system for managing leads, opportunities and sales activities.
