Social Media Specialist – Part-Time

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join Dwelleo on a part‑time basis. You will shape the brand voice of our AI‑driven real‑estate marketplace, crafting and publishing content that showcases how artificial intelligence is transforming property buying, renting and selling in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging social‑media posts that align with Dwelleo’s brand identity.
• Manage daily publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Monitor comments, direct messages and audience interactions, providing timely, on‑brand responses.
• Grow brand awareness and nurture the online community of buyers, renters, brokers and developers.
• Track performance metrics, generate basic reports and use insights to optimise content.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, trends and best practices in real‑estate and technology.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, launches and promotions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social‑media management or digital marketing.
• Strong written communication and creative content creation abilities.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Basic knowledge of social‑media analytics and content‑planning tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
