Specification Manager – Egypt

About the role

The Specification Manager will lead product specification activities across Egypt, Libya and Sudan, driving market education, relationship building and sales growth for interior design and bathroom solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products through presentations, seminars and marketing materials, delivering technical training to architects, consultants and developers.
• Identify and engage specifiers early in design projects, influencing product selection and maintaining CRM and specification tracking systems.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, plan quarterly and annual PR activities, and support the project sales team to maximise business.
• Generate demand for new and existing product lines, increase pipeline and conversion rates, and target key sectors such as hotels, residential and healthcare.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in fine art or architecture.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level experience in product specification, interior design or bathroom products within the same industry.
• Strong market knowledge of Egypt, Libya and Sudan and proven ability to influence decisions.
• Willingness to travel frequently on short business trips.
