Supervisor – Business Applications Development

About the role

The Supervisor – Business Applications Development will lead the enhancement and maintenance of our Oracle EBS environment while delivering custom solutions that meet business needs. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS modules, including customizations, extensions, and integrations.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers; perform database tuning.
• Create and modify Oracle Forms and Reports to align with business requirements.
• Customize Oracle EBS workflows, interfaces, and extensions in partnership with functional teams.
• Design interactive Power BI dashboards and integrate them with Oracle EBS and other data sources.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation; deliver production support and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of experience in Oracle EBS development, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and Oracle customization.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
