Supply and Demand Planning Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Supply and Demand Planning Supervisor to join our Product Planning & Replenishment team. You will be responsible for driving accurate sales forecasts, optimizing inventory, and ensuring product availability across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute yearly requirement planning, staffing, product sourcing, fleet and warehousing to meet AOP objectives.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly plans with cross‑functional teams to maintain safety inventory levels.
• Manage ordering of all materials and oversee goods movement to distribution centers.
• Establish and uphold SLAs with product availability stakeholders.
• Set performance standards for warehousing, logistics and fleet, and lead cost‑productivity initiatives.
• Coach teams, provide feedback, and lead problem‑solving activities for supply chain, warehousing and logistics operations.
• Ensure safe operating conditions throughout the warehousing operation and correct unsafe conditions promptly.
• Develop procedures to eliminate loss or damage of products in warehouse and during transportation.
• Plan staffing and skill‑building for warehousing/logistics aligned with AOP objectives, working closely with HR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply and demand planning, inventory management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
