About the role
Emad Nathan Architecture is seeking a full‑time Technical Architect to join its Alexandria office. The role focuses on delivering accurate technical documentation for interior finishing projects, supporting both design and construction teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review shop drawings for interior finishing projects.
- Perform quantity take‑off and compile Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Develop technical documentation and detailed project reports.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure technical accuracy.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in architectural engineering or interior finishing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Proven ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for quantity calculations.
