Technical Office Engineer – Interior & Furniture

About the role

Madar Home is seeking a meticulous Technical Office Engineer to support its growing portfolio of interior and furniture projects. The role involves close interaction with clients, the sales team, and production facilities to ensure designs are accurately translated into high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients to capture requirements for large‑scale interior projects.
• Review and process project details received from clients or the sales team.
• Create layout plans for both locally sourced and imported products.
• Conduct site visits, take precise measurements, and perform inspections.
• Develop interior drawings, 3D Max visualisations, and detailed documentation.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and material/finish selections.
• Submit drawings to clients or sales, incorporate feedback, and manage revisions.
• Coordinate with factories, monitor production stages, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Attend site installations and perform regular factory visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, technical office, or the furniture industry.
• Strong communication skills and client‑facing ability.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving aptitude.
