Technical Training Creator – Automotive E‑Learning

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Training Creator to join Valeo Service’s Cairo team. You will be responsible for adapting technical documentation and classroom material into engaging e‑learning modules and video tutorials that support mechanics worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical referent for the Cairo digital and communication teams, reviewing and challenging digital and video content for accuracy.
• Convert technical documents (TSB, FI, training decks) into editable, publishable formats for Business Units.
• Collaborate with the e‑learning team to transform classroom or blended training into SCORM‑compliant modules.
• Produce, edit and post‑produce technical video tutorials that meet TechCare visual and pedagogical standards.
• Integrate final videos into Tech Libraries and obtain validation from the relevant Business Unit.
• Validate all training materials for technical correctness and field applicability, and contribute to the yearly training plan.
• Work closely with SMEs, global training managers, warranty, marketing, SCC, hotline teams and product line experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive training, technical communication or diagnostics support.
• Hands‑on experience with vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with EV/Hybrid, ADAS and emerging automotive technologies.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
