About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to manage course renewal sales. In this role you will engage existing customers, understand their learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions while driving conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow‑up with customers to understand their learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
- Monitor students’ learning progress and analyze performance data to develop appropriate renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a positive, results‑oriented mindset.
- High level of motivation to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and commission.
