Telesales Representative

About the role

To generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting the company's consumer finance products, identifying needs and providing suitable solutions while delivering excellent customer experience and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers to promote and sell consumer finance products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to maximize conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, preferably within financial services or consumer finance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Target‑driven, customer‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
