Tour Operator – French & English Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Tour Operator to join our downtown office. The role involves managing hotel and restaurant bookings, handling transfers, and ensuring smooth arrival processes for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm hotel and restaurant bookings, review and correct pricing, and handle additional guest requests.
• Send transfer details to branches and vouchers to hotels.
• Review invoices and enter data into the reservation system.
• Prepare arrival reports for sales representatives.
• Maintain and update movement sheets and booking guides, following up on any changes.
• Review hotel reservations prior to guest arrival.

Required profile

• Excellent French language skills and very good English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tour operations or related hospitality functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation and booking management software.
