Traffic Agent – Fresh Graduate Position

About the role

Aviary, a leading aviation service provider, is looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join its ground‑handling team as a Traffic Agent. You will play a key part in ensuring passengers board safely and on time, supporting the smooth operation of departing flights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare flight clearance documents and boarding gate paperwork.
• Coordinate with the Shift Leader and Ramp Officer for VIP, PRM and transit passengers.
• Verify that passengers are ready for boarding at the scheduled time.
• Manage the boarding process to keep the gate area secure and on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team and adapt to shift work, weekends and overtime.
• Willingness to learn and apply technical policies and regulations.
• Customer support experience via phone or face‑to‑face.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
