UAT & Certification Senior Specialist

About the role

Network International is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and certification activities for its payment solutions. You will ensure that systems behave as expected and meet industry certification standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and document positive, negative and regression test cases using a test management tool.
• Provide regression test support and drive enhancements.
• Collaborate with Test Lead, technical teams and external partners to define testing requirements.
• Report, track and escalate defects to achieve timely resolution and interface certification.
• Maintain comprehensive test result records, issue logs and defect trackers with version control.
• Monitor defect status and coordinate resolution based on severity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in testing within the cards and payments industry.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end payment transaction lifecycle, including terminal, authorization, clearing and settlement testing.
• Experience with MasterCard and Visa payment scheme certifications.
