Unit Sales Manager (Hybrid, Cairo)

About the role

MetLife is seeking a proactive Unit Sales Manager to lead a team of sales representatives in Cairo. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility, focusing on achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to meet and exceed defined sales objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor team performance, analyse data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Drive new business development and nurture strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synchronize efforts across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Strong background in sales strategy, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
• Familiarity with the insurance or financial services sector is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
