About the role

We are looking for a personable and attentive Waiter to join the restaurant team at Portaluna, the first Morgans Originals hotel in Egypt. The role focuses on delivering a personalized dining experience that reflects the hotel’s vibrant and iconic style.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide tailored menu recommendations based on preferences, dietary needs and the restaurant’s specialty.
• Answer detailed questions about ingredients, preparation methods, allergens and seasonal menu changes.
• Recommend appropriate wine, cocktail or non‑alcoholic pairings and explain the story behind dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks professionally, maintaining presentation standards and timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared according to guest preferences.
