Warehouse Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Warehouse Specialist to join our on‑site team in Qesm El Moqatam. The role supports the fashion logistics chain of a luxury swimwear brand, ensuring that stock moves efficiently from receipt to order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming shipments of fashion items.
• Organise inventory with high accuracy, handling different sizes, colours and SKUs.
• Prepare, pack and dispatch customer orders promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies and maintain optimal storage locations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate daily activities with operations and retail teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the fashion industry.
• Proven background in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product variations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Pallet jack operation.
• Basic computer proficiency, preferably with ERP systems.
