3D Architect – Exterior Visualization Specialist

About the role

NMH Designers is seeking a talented 3D Architect to strengthen its exterior visualization team. You will create high‑quality renderings that bring architectural concepts to life, supporting the design and consultancy services offered to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop photorealistic exterior renderings from architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Apply lighting, material, and composition techniques to achieve visual excellence.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure visual outputs match project intent.
• Manage multiple rendering projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain an organized library of assets and rendering settings for efficient workflow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in 3D design and visualization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work from architectural drawings.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality exterior visualizations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Extensive experience with Corona Renderer.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
