About the role
As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will be the primary point of contact for restaurant and vendor partners, helping them maximise their performance on our food‑delivery platform and grow their sales.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Analyse sales, operational and engagement data to provide data‑driven recommendations on menu performance, pricing, promotions and delivery logistics.
- Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, suggest cross‑promotions and optimise partner content such as menu structure and images.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams to address partner needs, onboard new accounts and resolve issues promptly.
- Negotiate and renew commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with service‑level agreements and operational standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales or partner success (food‑tech, FMCG or e‑commerce a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑first attitude, self‑starter and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
