About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our creative team, focusing on social media and content. In this role you will act as the primary liaison between clients and our internal creative teams, ensuring that brand objectives are translated into compelling campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts independently, building long‑term relationships.
- Interpret client goals and develop effective social media and content strategies.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and approvals between clients and creative teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide proactive recommendations.
- Maintain clear communication to keep all stakeholders informed.
