Account Specialist – French Speaker (Cairo)

About the role

As an Account Specialist based in Cairo, you will support Agoda’s growing network of emerging accommodation partners. Working within the Market Management and Growth & Accelerator teams, you will help partners maximise revenue on Agoda’s platform by guiding them through registration, program participation and performance optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Contact high‑growth supply partners to highlight revenue opportunities and drive value.
• Onboard new or potential partners, ensuring completion of online registrations.
• Promote participation in Agoda programs through focused project sprints.
• Communicate efficiently with partners via phone, email and messaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic advice and innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage a large portfolio of partners.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience using online registration and partner management tools.
• Ability to analyse partner performance data and present insights.
