Accountant – Financial Operations for Plasma Donation Centers

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to oversee the financial operations of multiple plasma donation centers. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering financial insights that support operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate records of all financial transactions across plasma donation centers.
• Process donor compensation payments in line with established rates and regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports on center performance, cost‑effectiveness, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare income statements for donor‑center expenses.
• Support year‑end audit and monthly closing activities.
• Monitor and settle petty‑cash accounts for each center.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with center managers and other departments to address financial queries and provide guidance.
• Continuously review and improve internal financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
