Accountant – Manage Receivables & Payments

About the role

Instashop is looking for a proactive Accountant to oversee incoming payments, ensure timely invoicing, and maintain accurate financial records. You will play a key role in supporting cash flow and partner relationships across the UAE and Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and prepare online sales reports, including manual adjustments, discounts, bank and commission charges.
• Generate weekly reports of amounts due to Instashop partners and ensure accurate transfers.
• Prepare monthly aging reports for receivables and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and payable with partners, aligning balances precisely.
• Perform monthly commission analysis and calculations for revenue tracking.
• Allocate tips to partners, outsourced pickers, and MFC pickers for UAE and EGP.
• Assist high‑value partners with accounting queries and support audit, ERP, and compliance tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
