Accountant – Order to Cash (O2C) Shared Service

About the role

The Accountant – Order to Cash (O2C) Shared Service will support accurate financial reporting and efficient transaction processing across the organisation. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, debit/credit notes, bank receipts and payments in line with internal controls.
• Prepare and submit vendor payment proposals according to schedule.
• Maintain up‑to‑date vendor and customer master data and perform regular reconciliations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals and bank reconciliations.
• Assist auditors by providing required documentation and preparing ad‑hoc reports for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and answer inquiries.
• Contribute to automation projects aimed at streamlining accounting processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.
• 0‑2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is mandatory.
• Team‑player who is organized, systematic and eager to learn.
