Accountant – Retail & E‑commerce (Odoo ERP)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support the finance function of a fast‑growing electronics and mobile accessories brand in Nasr City, Cairo. The role will involve managing the full accounting cycle for retail, wholesale and e‑commerce operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries for all sales channels.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
• Monitor inventory valuation and cost of goods sold in the Odoo ERP system.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal control policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, wholesale or e‑commerce accounting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP (minimum 2 years).
• Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting.
