About the role
The company is seeking an Accountant Supervisor to lead financial operations, ensure data confidentiality, and meet reporting deadlines. This role involves overseeing payroll, financial analysis, and supporting the finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Secure financial information by completing database backups and maintaining confidentiality.
- Review monthly payroll results, bank files, and reports for accuracy before client submission.
- Maintain accounting controls, comply with local financial legal requirements, and meet reporting deadlines.
- Perform month‑end activities including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial close.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies, develop financial databases, and provide analysis to management.
- Coach and support the FAO team to improve skills and achieve goals.
- Respond to client accounting inquiries promptly and follow ISO policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in English.
