Accounting Manager – Financial Operations Lead

About the role

Turath Real Estate is looking for a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead its financial operations in Obour City, Cairo. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, guiding strategic decisions, and maintaining robust internal controls within a fast‑paced real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting and revenue recognition.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting and act as the primary liaison for external auditors.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Document and improve business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost productivity and accuracy.

• Seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance.
