Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the role

eZhire, the leading on‑demand car rental and mobility platform in the UAE, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its finance team. You will play a key part in ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining healthy cash flow, and supporting the company’s rapid growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage assigned customer accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Proactively contact customers regarding payment status and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Escalate cases to the manager when debtors are unwilling or unable to make payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer complaints related to collections.
• Implement strategies to prevent recurring payment negligence and ensure practical debt repayment solutions.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, customer service, and sales.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, learning‑focused mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
