ACES Program Manager – Ultra Fast Grocery Operations

About the role

Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment is building a new ultra‑fast grocery service across MENA. As an ACES Program Manager you will lead the design, launch and continuous improvement of this service, working closely with local operations and country business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive UltraFast Grocery (UFG) improvements for both Under‑The‑Roof (UTR) and On‑The‑Road (OTR) operations.
• Act as liaison between operations, engineering, safety and other functions to ensure standardisation and best‑practice adoption.
• Lead Kaizen events, provide SME support for routing and planning, and coordinate cross‑functional projects.
• Maintain health and safety standards, promote a safety culture and hold functions accountable for deliverables.
• Measure performance, give feedback, and support development of the operational team.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for peak‑season periods (3‑month, 6‑month, 12‑month horizons).
• Prepare leadership updates, MBRs and QBRs, and establish metrics for safety, quality, productivity and customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in logistics or fast‑moving consumer goods operations.
• Strong record of delivering results in a high‑growth environment.
